Modern Slavery Statement

Prevention of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking: an announcement from the Chief Executive Officer.

Fennech Financial Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business activities and supply chains. We all have a duty to be alert to risks, however small. Staff are expected to report their concerns and management to act upon them.

Fennech Financial Ltd (“Fennech”) offers new generation “Platform as a Service” technology that enables clients to digitalise their finance operations. Fennech’s activities are directed and overseen by the Board of Directors, with an Executive Team managing day-to-day operations. Key suppliers are involved in software development, and in the hosting of Fennech’s technology platform. Fennech’s clients are mainly licensed financial institutions, such as payment service providers and large corporations.

The Company currently operates in the following countries:

United Kingdom
France
the Netherlands (here Fennech operates through Fennech Europa BV, a wholly owned subsidiary)
Canada

Fennech does not take part in any activities that would be considered high risk in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking.

We are a growing business that places trust and ethical behaviour at the centre of everything we do. As we grow, we are committed to developing and implementing policies and procedures that will include the following important topics:

    • Equality and Diversity; to ensure our employees and potential employees are treated fairly
    • Whistleblowing: we encourage our employees, contractors and other business partners to report any concerns and will treat them fairly when they do so
    • Health and Safety; we will provide a healthy working environment for our staff and contractors working from home or – in time – from our premises.

We will also develop the processes to undertake due diligence on new suppliers, and to regularly review existing suppliers.

We will provide updates on our Company website as we develop these policies and procedures, so that employees, contractors, customers and business partners can gain reassurance of our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
